AXS Sweden AB is the largest provider of complete arena systems in the Nordic region. The company is growing rapidly and is therefore looking for two support staff for the customer service department in Nyköping. The department currently consists of about 10 employees who together are responsible for providing user support and first-class service to the company's customers with a strong customer focus related to the system solutions that the company provides for its customers.

In addition, other employees are also responsible for ticket sales and related administration such as reservations, bookings, and rebookings of tickets for events organized by the company's customers.

Employment: Temporary position until 2026-07 with start date upon agreement

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main tasks will involve providing user support and service to the company's customers regarding all necessary system administration required to manage venues, tickets, entry, sales of other products, and catering in connection with various types of events. You will use the phone, ticketing system, and email as your primary tools and will continuously respond to incoming inquiries. Your role also includes supporting your colleagues with administrative tasks related to system support and processes to be implemented for new customers.

You will also conduct live and online meetings and training sessions for customers in the ticketing system.

The work is during daytime, but it also includes scheduled on-call duties in the evenings and weekends.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Are passionate about working with customer contact and user support and love to communicate with customers by phone and email.

We specifically require:

• Good understanding of user support and/or system administration.

• You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.

• Good computer skills.

• Previous experience in customer service.

As a person, you are communicative and service-oriented and have the ability to work both in a team and independently. You need to be meticulous and structured, as well as able to prioritize and work under high pressure. Being unpretentious and solution-oriented are other qualities we value.

It is an advantage if you have worked with similar tasks.
